RSVPs

• How do I RSVP and what is the deadline? RSVPs will open when the formal invitation is sent this winter. Please fill out the RSVP tab of our website by February 1, 2026. This will allow us enough time to report final attendance to our vendors.

Directions & Transportation

• Is there parking at the Venue? Yes! There is a free parking lot at the venue with plenty of parking spaces for all attendees!

• Do you have any recommendations for transportation? If you don’t want to drive, it will be super easy to take Rideshare (Lyft/Uber) to and from the venue.

Dress Code & Attire

• What’s the dress code? Our dress code is formal. We encourage suits & ties (no jeans), floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, or dressy separates.

• Are there any colors or styles you’d prefer guests wear? Nope! Bridesmaids will be wearing green, but feel free to wear whatever color you prefer!

• Will the event be indoors or outdoors? Both the ceremony & reception will be fully indoors. There may be an outdoor area with cocktail tables right outside the venue, weather permitting.

• What’s the weather typically like this time of year in Chicago? Hard to say! April can be anywhere in the 50-70 degree range.

Plus-Ones & Children

• Can I bring a guest? We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

• Are kids invited? Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate kids of family members. Your attendance will be listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thanks for understanding!

Food & Drink

• What’s for dinner? Dinner will be a plated dinner that is duet entree style. A duet entrée plated dinner means each guest is served two main proteins on one plate, accompanied by a starch and vegetable. For our dinner, we will have a duet entree of beef + fish, and a separate vegetarian/vegan option. If you have any dietary restrictions, you can select that when you RSVP, and you’ll be served an option that fits your dietary needs.

• Will there be an open bar? YES!!

Accommodations

• Where should I stay? We will have some recommendations on the Travel & Stay tab on our website. Chicago has tons of options for hotels, so feel free to stay at your preferred hotel as well! Our wedding will be in the Avondale neighborhood, so lodging on the North Side of Chicago will be easiest for transportation, but downtown isn’t more than a 15-20 minute drive away.
